BuildMoneyPro ("we", "our") operates the BuildMoneyPro application ("App"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
When using the App, we may collect the following information:
- Authentication data: information provided by Sign in with Apple (name and email, according to your sharing preferences)
- Registration data: full name, WhatsApp number, and Pix key provided by you when completing your profile
- Financial data: commission records, withdrawals, and transaction history linked to your affiliate account
- Technical data: push notification token (expo push token) for sending relevant notifications
- Usage data: interactions with the App for service improvement purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate and keep your account secure
- Process and display your affiliate commissions
- Process withdrawal requests via Pix
- Send notifications about new commissions, renewals, and withdrawal status
- Contact you via WhatsApp when necessary
- Improve the App experience
3. Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored on Supabase, with the following protection measures:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
- Row Level Security (RLS) — each user can only access their own data
- Authentication tokens stored securely on the device via Secure Store
- Passwords and credentials are never stored in plain text
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- When necessary to process payments (Pix key data to financial institutions)
- When required by law or court order
- With infrastructure providers (Supabase, Expo, RevenueCat, Apple) that act as data processors under our instructions
5. Your Rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and applicable international regulations, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct incomplete or outdated data
- Request the deletion of your data
- Revoke consent at any time
- Request data portability
To exercise these rights, use the "Delete account" option in the App or contact us.
6. Push Notifications
We send push notifications about relevant events in your account (new commissions, withdrawal status). You can disable notifications at any time in the App settings or your iOS device settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon requesting account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Financial data may be retained for up to 5 years in compliance with tax and legal obligations.
8. Children
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or within the App.
